Follow the A30 into Cornwall and take the A392 to Newquay. Turn right at the first mini roundabout on the main road into Newquay onto Porth Way (signposted B3276 Padstow). Follow the road round Porth Bay past the Mermaid Inn (on the left-hand side) and up the hill. The Windward is on the right opposite the Pitch and Putt and the Beach.
